I actually bought my microwave from a store, and not Amazon, but it is SO DREADFUL that I felt I had to write a review about it. PLEASE DONT BUY IT!! My old old old microwave was a thousand times better than this. It makes such a loud noise when switched on that my husband had to stick an old milk bottle lid to the side with selotape and make sure the side touches another surface, or you cant hear yourself speak. Its also REALLY BAD at warming things up – parts of your food/drink will be stone cold, and the others burnt and dangerously hot. I cannot stress enough how rubbish this product is. I SO wish we had taken it back to the shop straight away, but we had just had twin boys (our 3rd and 4th children) and it seemed like too much trouble at the time …….. I have lived to regret that choice every day! Please dont buy it. Its awful!

Good product, simple to operate and very efficient and accurate. Does only basic microwaving which is all I wanted it for. If you don’t need more why pay more?

Just wanted to add my warning as well– it just stopped working almost exactly 2 years after we bought it. Was not like we used it all the time either. Very disappointing for a company that generally makes good products. Contacted Panasonic and they said it’s probably the “magnatron” which is covered 3 years, but the labour is not and they suggested I would be better off just buying new one…. Disposable microwave.
